All Rainy Day t-shirts sold from Burzerk LLC, are intended for customers 21 years of age or older.

Burzerk reserves the right to refuse to do business (sales) with customers. See above for example.

By placing an order here, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to all the terms and conditions of Burzerk LLC.

Burzerk T-shirts may not be resold on the internet on any platform.

Your order will ship USPS. Shipping in the Continental U.S.A. only! Please allow 5 - 8 BUSINESS DAYS for shipping. Shipping and handling rates are based on weight and destination. Tracking information is sent by email once the order has shipped. If you don't receive tracking information as a shipping conformation, please email --------------------- for assistance. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email. 

This Burzerk email address is for shipping issues only.

For customer protection, a shipping address can not be changed or edited once your order has been placed. To avoid any additional expenses or delays, please review your address and make sure it is accurate before you finalize your order.

Burzerk LLC is not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or after confirmed delivery. Please contact your local USPS immediately to locate your package or to file a missing parcel claim. 

All sales are final! No refunds!  Shipping costs are not refundable. Burzerk will only accept returns for factory defects or incorrect  items. Please email us at ------------------------ within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement. Any request for a replacement after 7 BUSINESS DAYS will not be approved. The product must be unworn, unwashed and returned with tags still attached.
