Shipping addresses cannot be changed or edited once an order is placed. Please review your shipping details carefully before finalizing your purchase. Burzerk LLC is not responsible for delivery failures, returned packages, or additional transit expenses caused by incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.
Carrier Delays & Loss
Burzerk LLC is not responsible for transit delays, and customers must use their provided tracking number to monitor shipment progress. Any replacements or store credits for shipments permanently lost prior to delivery are processed strictly at the sole discretion of Burzerk LLC.
Stolen Packages & Porch Piracy
Burzerk LLC is not financially responsible for theft or porch piracy occurring after a confirmed carrier delivery. If tracking states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must file a mail theft report with your local authorities if you suspect the package was stolen.
Transit Damage
To initiate a transit damage or defect claim, email us at the address provided on your invoice within five business days of the carrier's delivery timestamp. Your email must include your full name and order number in the subject line, along with a clear photo of the unused item showing the damage and a clear photo of the shipping bag/box. Once your documentation is verified, Burzerk LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back to our shop.

All orders are shipped via USPS. We are at the moment strictly shipping within the Continental U.S.A. only.
Fulfillment Timeline: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and shipped from our facility.
Rates: Shipping and handling rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on package weight and your destination.
Tracking & Confirmation: Tracking information is automatically sent to your registered email address as soon as your order has shipped.
Support Window: If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details within 10 days of your purchase date, please email us at the address provided on your invoice for assistance.

Returns, Replacements
All Sales Are Final
Because our items are printed in strictly limited, single-run quantities, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds or standard exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.
How We Handle Claims
Physical Return Evaluation: To initiate a defect claim, email us at the address provided on your invoice within five business days of the carrier's delivery timestamp. Your email must include your full name and order number in the subject line, along with clear photos of the unused item showing the damage and the shipping bag/box. Once reviewed, Burzerk LLC will determine if a physical return is required. If a return is necessary, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable: All original shipping fees remain completely non-refundable under any circumstance.
Item Condition: If a return is required, the item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and sent back with all original tags attached.
Stock Availability: Replacements are subject to available inventory. If your item is no longer available and cannot be reproduced, a store credit will be issued instead. No replacements or credits will be processed for required returns until the physical item is received and inspected at our shop.
Time Limits: Any replacement requests submitted after the 5-business-day window will be automatically declined.
